He and his crew showed up right on time for both the initial quote and installation; answered all of our questions thoroughly and respectfully; installed the unit quickly and left a clean work area; wore masks for the entire process; and never tried to upsell us to things we didn't need. (A different business in the area quoted us a MUCH higher price for the same model and install work.) One thing that I would like to highlight as woman is that they treated both my husband and me equally, and we both felt respected and included in the conversation.
