We had a repair done on our dryer that was caused by a clogged dryer vent. Our dry venting is around 25 feet so when I started the project on Angi, Dale's Heating was the first to respond and set-up an appointment two days later. They were on time, they took their time with the project and did a great job. They also took time to answer my questions and handled my overly excited dog with kindness and patience. Highly recommend! I thought the cost was very reasonable compared to other companies who do this work.

Brian (the owner) was absolutely fantastic and incredibly professional! He and his crew showed up right on time for both the initial quote and installation; answered all of our questions thoroughly and respectfully; installed the unit quickly and left a clean work area; wore masks for the entire process; and never tried to upsell us to things we didn't need. (A different business in the area quoted us a MUCH higher price for the same model and install work.) One thing that I would like to highlight as woman is that they treated both my husband and me equally, and we both felt respected and included in the conversation. We will gladly work with Dale's Heating for our servicing needs moving forward, and highly recommend them to anyone living in the Madison area.

They came out to check on our dryer vents. They told me they were clean and did not need any maintenance. They were so friendly and prompt... and they did not charge me for the call. I will definitely use them when I DO need vent cleaning.

He advised us on how we could complete the task ourselves with little effort (integrity at its best)! Brian was straight forward about the cost of repair vs the cost of replacing our malfunctioning furnace fan. My husband doesn't care to get involved in house repair work. So, they had to talk to me. I've encountered workmen who are condescending to women. But not these guys! I would not hesitate to hire them again. I'm happy to recommend Brian and his team without any reservation.

Incredible friendly service. Brian answered my inquiry within seconds of asking for a professional. Needed help on cold night when furnace could not heat past 55 degrees. Brian was at the house in under 30 minutes, diagnosed and solved the problem and left us warm and cozy! Very reasonable after hours immediate service! Would highly recommend!
