I do appreciate the promptness of Roto Rooter, ease of scheduling, and fixing the issue right away, but I will invest in my own 100’ snake before spending $500 for 20 mins of labor (not including their travel). Thanks Roto Rooter for jumping on this and fixing the issue in less than 24 hours after contacting you."

He connected me to a local manager who set up an install date a week later. The installers were polite and professional. Gave me some helpful advise. Job was completed in less than a day.
