+ -1 moreThe whole process went well. The brake line broke on my son's car who is a college student at UW-W. The communication process went well between the three parties. The price was fair. They also offered to come and get the car should my son not feel confident enough to drive the vehicle. I was very pleased with their service living 75 miles away.
Description of Work: Replaced brake line from front to rear wheels.

+ 0 moreI thought there were some transmission problems, but it turned out to be something else. He knew what he was doing and he was extremely honest with me. I thought there was still some transmission problems and when I called him, he said, if I continue to feel the same, he is willing to re-build the transmission at an affordable price. I will definitely use him in the future.
Description of Work: I used the services of Mills Automotive to re-align the vehicle, rotated the tires, did some break work, etc., about 6 or 7 months ago.

+ -1 moreThe owner and lead mechanic are very competent when it comes to diagnosing and repairing vehicles. They will explain to you what they did to the car as well as what went wrong in the first place. During oil changes they top off all fluids as well as check air in your tires. They are also very quick with repairs.
Description of Work: I have been taking my car to Mills Automotive since about 2005. Most recently, in March of 2011, I took my car there to have my brakes done and the mechanics at the shop are very knowlegeble in what they are doing. They are very thurough in every job they do and will always explain what they did to the vehicle. Prices are very reasonable considering the work they do. I will always trust them with my car.
