They towed the vehicle, gave us an estimate, fixed the vehicle within two hours, and gave us a ride to pick up the vehicle. The owners also gave us their home phone number for weekends or emergencies.

The whole process went well. The brake line broke on my son's car who is a college student at UW-W. The communication process went well between the three parties. The price was fair. They also offered to come and get the car should my son not feel confident enough to drive the vehicle. I was very pleased with their service living 75 miles away.

I thought there were some transmission problems, but it turned out to be something else.  He knew what he was doing and he was extremely honest with me.  I thought there was still some transmission problems and when I called him, he said, if I continue to feel the same, he is willing to re-build the transmission at an affordable price.  I will definitely use him in the future.

The owner and lead mechanic are very competent when it comes to diagnosing and repairing vehicles. They will explain to you what they did to the car as well as what went wrong in the first place. During oil changes they top off all fluids as well as check air in your tires. They are also very quick with repairs.
