"He was very professional, removed the toilet, not only did he replace the wax ring, he caulked around the outside of the pvc pipe which made sense, that way if there was a leak again, it would be noticed in the bathroom and not on the ceiling of the finished lower level. He knew what he was doing, explained everything as he was working."
