You pass waterproofing installed a new window well and securely fastened it to the cement foundation. "Roberto came in with the lowest bid and was very detailed when explaing how he would prep my yard and install my new sod. He showed up on the day promised and finished on time. Robert lost one star for some mixups on when he was supposed to show up to give me an estimate and for crossing over our lot line a bit when doing the prep when I was home and available for questions.
