"I couldn't be happier! The bathroom turned out BEAUTIFUL!! Far exceeded my expectations. John (owner) was very helpful in helping me to find products that I had little knowledge of, he was always honest in telling me when something might not look "quite right". And honestly, it was a pleasure having them here. John, Josh and Amber worked together so effortlessly and were professional from the moment they walked in the door. Cleaned up after themselves each day, and you'd never know someone had been there. And finished the project a half week early! I've already passed their name on to a friend, and I'm in line to have two more projects done by them. You won't be sorry if you hire them."

"We replaced our bathtub with a walk in shower, and are extremely happy with the work that was provided. In only took one person 6 hours to complete the job, and he was very professional and the quality of work was great. Would hire them again."

"Matt and his crew completed several projects for me between October 2017 and January 2018. The most extensive was a complete bathroom remodel, replacing plumbing (including installing a cast iron tub), laying floor, wall, shower & tub tile, and installing a vent fan/light over the shower/tub. Other work completed included locating and sealing a roof leak, repairing water damage to plaster walls and ceilings in a bedroom and kitchen, replacing a support beam for back door landing, framing and enclosing the basement stairs and stairwell. Communication between me, Matt and the crew was amazing. The crew came to work as scheduled, their workmanship and professionalism was exceptional. I will definitely hire again!"

"Great presentation by Nick. Very nice, informative, professional and knowledgeable. Super quality products and vert6competitive pricing. Because of very busy installation schedules, it will take 4-6 weeks before walkin shower remodel can happen. We can wait, no problem. It will be worth it."

"Tony did an amazing job on my tile install for the bathroom I am renovating. I am an Interior Designer and have uses different tile masons. Tony is efficient, clean on the job, and is a problem solver which is great when you run into snafo's like a bowed wall. With some minor adjustments to the mortar he was able to make the wall look level event though it was not. I would definitely hire Tony again."

"Mike assessed the damage and made a recommendation as to what he would suggest we do. He covered the tiles with drywall. Did an excellent job. Cleaned the area up and move the furniture back for us. Project turned out GREAT! Have hired Mike to do several more projects for us including replacing storm doors, installing a basement door and building a shed. Mike and his helper were on time or called it there was a problem. Now have a few other projects and will again use Universal Property. Reasonably priced and does excellent work."

"It went fantastic! Art and his crew did an excellent job, were very professional and cleaned up afterwards. I'd definitely hire these guys again -- actually I am as they are replacing my roof later this year."

"Very satisfied with our walk in shower that replaced a bath tub. Prompt service, friendly, knowledgeable and made sure to leave everything clean when finished."
