"Walter was easy and great to work with. We had a water leak in our first floor ceiling and we had 3 different plumbers come out to diagnose the cause and none of them could figure it out. Walter was the only one able to diagnose the problem. Turns out the pipe supplying cold water to the upstairs shower was leaking in the drywall. Unfortunately that drywall is between a shower and bath tub. So the shower had to be replaced in the process of getting to the leaking pipe. Even when we weren’t certain replacing the shower was the right move, Walter was patient with us and was not pushy. They replaced shower, fixed the leaking pipe and repaired the drywall of the first floor celing. The job was completed in a day and half."

"The entire process was very easy. I emailed a picture of the damage, and I quickly received a detailed proposal. Scheduling was easy and they were able to accommodate my schedule. Ken was punctual, personable, and very professional. What I thought was wood rot turned out to be woodpecker damage. The damaged areas were removed, replaced and painted.
