"Dave was very professional and prompt. He answered all of questions without hesitation which told us that he has been in the business for quite awhile. He takes his time and and thoroughly cleans up after his job is complete. I would definitely recommend him for pressure washing decks. He also does deck staining."

"We had some trouble scheduling initially. When they came out for an estimate, I was told that my house was too big for this particular deal and that there would be extra costs for the service. I had other, less expensive estimates so I ended up not using this provider."

Finishing the stairs takes a while longer as there are drying and sealing times to consider, but the actual work will take much less time than the sanding portion.
