Mike is a very quiet and likeable guy. He is patient and listens to your desires and ideas. His bid for hauling away and replacing a decorative stone rockbed was the lowest I got, and to replace the rockwalls around a culvert was about the same as the others. Because I was working around other projects he had to wait several weeks and he gladly rescheduled until my other work was done. Mike was not on site much of the time, but his project manager Jeff was here the entire time to make sure it went correctly. They completed the jobs in 2.5 days and it looks perfect. I am the kind of person who likes to oversee and wherever I saw a spot I didn't like, they fixed it. This type of oversight however is not necessary. I would recommend Mike and will call him again next time I need work. Also, the rock came in less than he estimated so he took 500 off his original bid!!

The service went well, but I thought it was a little costly. The workers were very nice and professional. They knew their business so they knew what they were doing. I believe they were quite prompt. Actually, we are having them come back in the spring to do some more work.

Their quality of work is amazing as well as their customer service. They're very personable and punctual.

We spoke with a number of landscapers and selected Mand S Creations again to do work at our new home. We met with Mike and felt that he understood the scope of the work that we wanted done--more of a natural look, rather than a formal appearance. Building a new home requires that you do projects in stages and he was happy go detail all work and costs in a manner that was very transparent. The rock walls that Jeff and Luke (and Steve) built is just what we wanted. The outcropping steps are incredible. Jeff, the foreman, has good insights and is interested in doing the job exactly the way we want it. He checks with us often. We are very happy with the work that they have done and have other projects planned for them to do in the future--like seed our new lawn.

I got a coupon in the mail from M and S Landscape Creations. I always use Angie's list to check out companies but unfortunately there was not much reported for M and S. I called them for an estimate nevertheless along with a couple other companies that had good reviews on Angie's. When Mike came to quote the job I immediately liked him and had a "good gut feeling". His price was so much more reasonable than the other quotes that I must admit I hesitated wondering if I was making a mistake going with a company with not much info to go on.
I took the chance and had a wonderful experience. They did an excellent job laying the patio area. Mike was easy to work with complying with every request but still making good suggestions. His crew of guys were also excellent. They finished the job in two days and did a great job of cleaning up. Our front area is beautiful and we are glad we went with M and S.

We have used them for several years. They stand behind their work. They did our patio about five years ago, and when they came back to do another project, they noticed that a part of the patio had sunk, so they came all on their own and redid that section of it. They have a lifetime guarantee on all their work and they stood behind that and came and did it, and we hadn't even told them. They are probably a little more expensive. We are planning on using them in the future since we do have some other projects.
