"Rainbow Painting provides outstanding customer service from start to finish. They are easy to contact and quick to respond. They will assess the job with the option of you having to be there and will follow up with a quote and copy of their certificate of liability insurance, within a few days. If you look them up, you will find they have excellent ratings. They do not require a down payment and do not ask that you put their sign in your yard. They recently painted our 22 hundred sq. ft. house and over sized three car garage. Their crew showed up on Monday at 7:00 am, left at 5:00 pm and finished the next day. They began washing all the windows and taped plastic around them. They honored everything in their agreement; removing light fixtures, gutters and carefully covering everything with plastic or drop cloths. They even cut off the part of the arborvitae that touched the house. In all the years since we built, we have never had painters scrape off as much paint as they did. They replaced boards, including the ones on our chimney and did a phenomenal job with that as well. They paid special attention to detail and corrected areas that were painted the wrong color. They painted the address numbers and plant hangers, before they put them back on the house. The owners are friendly and take great pride in their business and are on site to inspect the work. They interact very well with their workers, who were all pleasant and accommodating. The paint job looks beautiful and we are 100% satisfied."
