After many, many phone calls Double U called me back and came out same day to inspect damage and determine exactly what they would need to repair the job. The company (Josh) kept in touch with me as we had to wait for the utility company to show up. Double U got everything fixed and even the utility company was very happy the way the work was done so that they could easily hook me up with power again. They were fast, efficient, friendly and explained everything fully so I really understood what was happening to my home."

Works by remote which is very convenient, especially for people like me that don't live close to his office in Milwaukee. He was also the first computer technician that answered my request for services on Angie/Handy Man. He responded quickly. He made himself available on a Sunday which was also Labor Day weekend!
