"Gordon’s team did a really good job remodeling my bathroom and my unfinished basement. Their new drywall & flooring installation work great and they did a good job with the plumbing & electrical adjustments I needed done. They cleaned up the mess they made daily and tried to keep the rest of the house clean and dust free. Total cost for both basement & bathroom remodel was $23900. There were some additional remodeling costs that I didn’t budget for initially but Gordon was willing to work with me on making payments for the additional features that were added to the remodel. Overall they are a good company and I’m happy with the work they did."

Nick does a lot of big projects, and our job was a smaller one, so we had to work around other schedules from time to time, and Nick is also not big on tons of email or paperwork which was mostly fine, but there were a few minor miscommunications and moments where we wanted more information, but all was quickly resolved to our satisfaction. Regarding the actual work, every contractor was very professional, and Nick checked on and followed up with all of them. The work was all done very well, and several months later we have no issues or concerns. Everything looks so great! We had a water issue in our basement and no longer have to worry about that. The new bathroom is our favorite part. It feels spacious because of the layout and design choices Nick made, but actually it's a really small footprint which is perfect!"

"Dave is fantastic and his assistant Adam is TERRIFIC!!!! Sometimes a homeowner has a big fun project like a kitchen or bathroom remodel  and I am sure based on their work ethic that Dave and Adam do wonderful work in those situations. They have all the equipment and they really know their stuff. But sometimes homeowners need help with less glamorous projects like mine and that is why I appreciate Dave and Adam and would recommend them to anyone needing help. As a new homeowner the village of Shorewood gave me a compliance list of items that weren't to code or needed replacing or removal. The ugly broken, wooden fence in my back yard along with a dilapidated wooden garden shed needed to go. Adam worked SO QUICKLY and efficiently he had the items removed and very neatly stacked in my driveway for the removal service to pick up. Adam's work it great. But then there was another very unpleasant part of the project that I needed help with and Adam was wonderful. No kidding, there were a couple of dead rats (oh yuck!!!) hiding out in all the fallen debris and Adam shoveled it up and put it in garbage bags for me. As a women working alone on this project I can't tell you how nice it was to have someone I could trust help me out. I know when I need other work done that fits Dave and Adam's usual skills I will be calling them again. But I really, really appreciated their help on this ugly project!"
