"I would give Guardian Heating and Cooling 10 stars if there were a way to do that! These guys are outstanding! They showed up, after hours, to determine exactly what was causing our problem. We had already suspected it was time to replace our boiler since it had been more than 25 years old. Steve confirmed our thoughts about replacement. He quoted a fair price and scheduled a time to come back. He showed up early with the new boiler and within hours after their arrival, we were up and running. We had a little hiccup the next day, as things seemed to be working too well. We called Steve and he was at our house in minutes. We already wondered if the thermostat wasn't able to keep up with the new boiler set up. 30 minutes later, we had a new thermostat and everything was working properly. Steve and Adam were friendly and professional. Our basement was cleaner when they left than before they arrived. Their prices were reasonable and there were no surprises, price wise. We were given a quote and that was what we paid. It's refreshing to find people like these guys!"

They showed up exactly on time and were finished earlier than I expected. Work areas were cleaned up, inside and out. Not even any metal shavings in the grass where the new ducting was cut. "They replaced both my furnace and air conditioner (coil and outside unit), removed and disposed of my old units, installed a whole house humidifier, and cleaned my ductwork. They were very professional and personable, and completed everything but the ductwork cleaning in one day. I wasn't able to be home for the entire project, but they raised and leveled the new air conditioning unit as I requested, and explained the functioning of the wi-fi thermostat before I left, and all the installation areas were clean when I came home. They completed the ductwork cleaning on a different date, and this service was also done very well. My only concerns or "complaints" would be that they used clean rounded stone beneath the air conditioning unit and I'm not convinced that it won't shift or settle over time; and they removed a vent that supplied heat to the basement so now the basement is very cold."

"Excellent! Sparky called a few minutes before the appointment to say he was running late. Once he arrived he quickly went to work and graciously answered my dad's questions. He even laughed at my dad's bad jokes. I had only planned to have him change the wiring for the exhaust hood to an outlet for the over-the-stove microwave I was going to install. While we had the stove pulled out, we decided to have Sparky add an outlet for the stove to plug into so it didn't have to plug into the one over the counter. Sparky didn't blink an eye at the additional work. He was a joy to work with and I plan to hire him the next time I need any electrical work done."
