"Our nearly 40 year old boiler system had seen its last day. Steve with Guardian was easily accessible by phone, prompt, and helpful. He installed a new boiler and retooled the set up of our system. We re very happy with the service, speed of the install, and professionalism the guys showed. We didn t shop around much since we weren t interested in having too many people coming in and out of the house during the pandemic, but felt confident Steve was giving us good information and a fair price based on what we were told in the past and research we had done. I would certainly recommend Guardian to friends and family. I will update going forward if necessary since the system is currently a day old, but the house is as toasty as ever so mission accomplished thus far."

My work hours are not flexible and I was delighted that Jeff was willing to visit the house that very night around 6 p.m. That night, he got the dryer working temporarily until the correct part could be obtained. Returned a few days later with the replacement part and completed installation. The invoice includes parts and labor only. No flat fee for the first visit, or additional fee for locating the uncommon replacement part."

"Mr. Holland's was exceptional from the first phone call to followup courtesy calls after the install. They are very knowledgeable and explained all aspects of the process. There customer service, pricing and experience showed in all aspects of this project. Also they have a 10 Labor Warranty! I had a few other estimates and those companies only offer 1-3 years . So would i recommend Mr. Holland's ? A most Definite YES"

"They came out and looked over the A/C unit. I told him it makes a very loud banging when it starts up and that the company who installed it told us that was normal and it was working fine. Once he was done cleaning the unit, he went to restart it and it tripped the breaker. So he took it apart and found that when it was installed, someone had pinched a wire, cutting the insulation and causing it to short out on the frame of the A/C unit. He fixed that, reassembled the unit and restarted it. It's still a loud start, but not nearly as loud as it was. He informed me that our A/C is a builder grade model and unfortunately it's not the best on the market so it's going to be louder than we would like. Once he was done working on the A/C, he came in and took a look at our furnace to make sure it wasn't hooked up wrong also. Definitely will be calling on Faithful again."
