He explained the process of the installation, how long the project would take, etc. He was in communication with me and gave me updates as the project moved forward. Gary is very personable, reliable and I got the sense that he truly enjoys meeting people and takes pride in providing excellent workmanship. I cant say enough good things about the installer. He was polite, precise and a hard worker. His attention to detail was impressive. He prepped the area and cleaned up the area when he was finished. His workmanship is outstanding. My new backsplash is stunning. I would not hesitate hiring Footprint Floors in the future."

"2 men showed up on time the first day, but the job dragged into a second day. Then only 1 guy was here. The work looks great, but since there was only 1 guy here my wife and I wound up helping him move around some furniture...as opposed to having a crew of 2 here to move it themselves (a service that is included in their price and in the contract). Our installer was an independent contractor, so he has no real affiliation with 651 Carpets other than a check. But he worked hard and the carpet looks good."

"Fantastic! Jacob is a true artist when it comes to tile work. He has a great attention to detail. He took the time to bevel and edge on one of my marble outlet covers that I'd likely not noticed, but totally appreciate the extra touch. He is tidy while he works and very thorough on his clean up after the project is complete. He is also a really great guy. We were living in the space while he was working and he was very easy to talk to. We are more than satisfied with our tile work and suggest Jacob to anyone we know needing tile work done."

"They poured a poly....something coating over our concrete basement floor. The concrete was old and uneven so we didn't expect or receive a perfectly smooth finish. They did do some grinding where they were able. Very personable, able to come in a quick time frame. Good pricing. Not the greatest attention to detail - the coating didn't into all the corners, there were some bubbles and rings left, and some splashes up onto walls. But overall we were satisfied and have enjoyed the finished floor."
