"It went great! We found Fisher Precious Metals on Angie's List, and after googling them, we found they had very positive reviews across the web. Although it was a 45 minute drive from our home, we felt it might be worth it, and it was. We made an appointment with John via email, arrived at 11:00, and spent just over an hour in his office. He evaluated the sterling silver set we had to sell and gave us what we felt was a very fair price. He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. "If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 STAR review I totally would!!!!!! This is the worst company I have EVER dealt with! We had some work done a couple of months ago. The job was suppose to take a day-ended up taking 2 WEEKS! My son had to rearrange his whole schedule, missed out on work, the contractors wouldn’t show up for days or they were late by hours, they would just leave and say the job was complete (and it wasn’t even half done!), we have tried calling to discuss and the receptionists are all trained to say the managers and owners are in ‘meetings’, we’ve sent emails and left messages and not once received a call back or reply to our emails! We are beyond frustrated! Then they send a bill 2 mos later for the full amount when they didn’t complete the job and they won’t even listen to the issues we have with paying this bill because the company has such terrible communication! I’m not even sure the owners are aware of how the business is being run at this point! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY"

"This had to be the worst contractor I have ever dealt with in my entire life!!. Two words would describe Dama , TERRIBLE !! & OVERPRICED !!. The professionalism was terrible also . The technician came in our beautiful home with a hand cart that had grease on the wheels from there warehouse and as well as a box that the water heater was in that was full of grease !!. They dragged it in on top of our new carpet and got grease all over it . Terrible Mess!!. Then they left the home without wiring the water heater . Not to mention they left live energized wires in the basement that were never capped off and was a fire hazard waiting to happen . I had to have the unit wired as they were going to charge me separately as another cost . We stayed two days without water because of this irresponsible and careless contractor. I would never recommend them for anything again!’"
