Owner, Julie, helped us choose the best products for our needs. She even steered me away from a more expensive a/c. I appreciated working with her.

On the price, I can't remember back that far. They're the ones that installed the unit. So, that's why they come out each time if I call them to come out each time and fix it for us.

Replacement was scheduled for nine days after agreement to proceed. New heating/cooling system installed in less than seven hours on day agreed-upon. System has worked fine from the get-go.

Work performed was excellent. After initial inspection of the furnance revealed that a component needed replacement, discussed repair or replacement of the entire 18 year old HVAC system. Decided to go with replacement of the whole system, which is more energy efficient, uses a more enviromentally friendly refrigerant, and is more effective. Every person that worked on the system arrived on schedule, was courteous, answered questions clearly, and did outstanding work. I was impressed with the service provided by the owner, Julie, and every individual on the inspection and installation team. Plus we are getting $1,000 in rebates. Highly recommend them. Will continue to use them for all HVAC service.

I bought my furnace from them and the air conditioner all at the same time. I knew a lady that worked there and I knew that Carrier was the best. I went with them. I've had very good service. They come within a reasonable amount of time. They're polite, they're clean. If they have to take something apart, which hasn't happened, they always pick up after themselves. I'm very pleased. When I bought the furnace and air conditioner my utility bills dropped in half.

I think it's around $85 or something like that, which I think is reasonable. They're here right on time, if not just a few minutes early. They're very good, they are very professional. I'm very pleased with them, that's why I don't need to go looking anywhere else.

The work was performed quickly and with little disruption.  Work was performed on a time and materials basis, which was more cost effective than other proposals which used fixed charges for each item of work.  They did not try to sell me a new boiler, but made an assessment of the existing unit, explaining it was in good condition and would last many more years.

They were above excellent. I couldn't be more pleased. The workmanship and the courtesy of the two gentlemen who worked on it, they were very pleasant. I would ask them a question and they explained what they were doing. I would use them in the future.

They are reliable, they are inexpensive, and they are very good at what they do.
