I called a bit frantic, recieved a return call within minutes, got great advice, honest folks helped us get things back up and running when most would have let us wait and possibly charged us for something we could do ourselves. "They made me wait for a week to get an estimate, booked an appointment with a four hour window on a Friday of a Holiday weekend and then failed to show or call. When I called to complain, their concession was to attempt to make me wait another week and hold me hostage with a two hour window. Not acceptable. When are contractors like this going to get their scheduling act together and stop standing working people up? If they don't want to perform free estimates, then don't. This was the only contractor Angie recommended. Dissapointed with them as well. I have a paid membership."
