"What a wonderful experience! We needed alot of work done on our chimney as well as work on the first floor brick of the exterior of our tudor-style home. It was built back in 1976 and given the steep incline it was very difficult to see exactly how bad it really was unless a scaffold was put up to do the estimate. Once the scaffold was put up to start the work the extent of deterioration was revealed, which was more than anticipated. They alerted us to this but did the additional work. Their work was amazing! Very fine with attention to detail even though their profit had to have been muc less. The selection of brick and mortar that would blend in with the 1976 brick and mortar that was there was outstanding. Price was very fair. I cannot recommend them enough. Not only can you trust them, but you will be so very happy with their skill, expertise and their work product. I would not consider anyone else if future masonry work is ever needed down the road."

"My basement had wall crack steps, horizontal cracks, bowing issues along with moisture issues. Water would come in the basement regularly. Everything was taken care of by RENEW about 6-7 years ago. They replaced some of the foundation bricks, installed a drainage system, placed reinforcement rods along the walls and installed a sump pump. RENEW also helped me with additional request as the project progressed (removing personal items, etc). On the exterior they added and pitched dirt along with placing decorative rocks. I’m writing this 6-7 years later so I’m sure I’ve left a few things out. Since having the work done, my basement has been dry. THERE IS NO WATER/MOISTURE PROBLEMS AT ALL! RENEW is a family business that takes pride in their work. They are dependable, personable, reasonable with cost and most of all knowledgeable. Most reviews are done relatively close to when the work is performed. My review is years later which should tell anyone reading this, they do excellent work at a reasonable price."

They made sure that the patio was pitched away from our house to avoid any water flowing back into our foundation and used top notch materials for the base to ensure the pavers don't shift or settle over time. They got all the base, border, and pavers installed in November of last year and followed through on completion of the project with polysand this spring. "We were told by an insurance advisor that we had "cracks in our foundation", a phrase that no one ever wants to hear. We contacted several waterproofing companies to inspect and submit bids. We received bids from the first 2 companies that ranged in price from $3K to $10K. Jerry Meadow with U.S. Waterproofing was the last company we spoke to, and the only honest individual we dealt with--as he properly diagnosed that the issue was not with the foundation, but rather an HVAC problem. Jerry was absolutely correct, and although we did not have the need to hire him, it is a rarity to find such an honest and experienced service professional, and I would highly recommend their services for that reason alone."

"Roberto did an awesome job! He got the whole job done in just a few hours, when he thought it would take him most of the day. The soil he used was the best I've seen. We hadn't even discussed exactly what type of stones I wanted used for the landscaping (my mistake not his). From just talking with him about the look and "feel" my wife and I were looking for, he brought in the exact stones we had wanted. He knew just from our conversation exactly the type of stone would look best and what he thought I was describing.
