"What a wonderful experience! We needed alot of work done on our chimney as well as work on the first floor brick of the exterior of our tudor-style home. It was built back in 1976 and given the steep incline it was very difficult to see exactly how bad it really was unless a scaffold was put up to do the estimate. Once the scaffold was put up to start the work the extent of deterioration was revealed, which was more than anticipated. They alerted us to this but did the additional work. Their work was amazing! Very fine with attention to detail even though their profit had to have been muc less. The selection of brick and mortar that would blend in with the 1976 brick and mortar that was there was outstanding. Price was very fair. I cannot recommend them enough. Not only can you trust them, but you will be so very happy with their skill, expertise and their work product. I would not consider anyone else if future masonry work is ever needed down the road."

"My basement had wall crack steps, horizontal cracks, bowing issues along with moisture issues. Water would come in the basement regularly. Everything was taken care of by RENEW about 6-7 years ago. They replaced some of the foundation bricks, installed a drainage system, placed reinforcement rods along the walls and installed a sump pump. RENEW also helped me with additional request as the project progressed (removing personal items, etc). On the exterior they added and pitched dirt along with placing decorative rocks. I’m writing this 6-7 years later so I’m sure I’ve left a few things out. Since having the work done, my basement has been dry. THERE IS NO WATER/MOISTURE PROBLEMS AT ALL! RENEW is a family business that takes pride in their work. They are dependable, personable, reasonable with cost and most of all knowledgeable. Most reviews are done relatively close to when the work is performed. My review is years later which should tell anyone reading this, they do excellent work at a reasonable price."

Josh and Billy did a great job - grading out the old lawn, smoothing it out and providing proper pitch and slope, installing a golf course type drain and seeding and matting the new lawn. They even worked hourly to distribute 10 yards of mulch when I requested it. They also returned to do 15 mulch rings around pine trees, which turned out great. They are qualified to do any and all landscape block and retaining walls - so I may be hiring them in the Spring to work on that. Good prices and quality work - I recommend C&R highly!"

We received bids from the first 2 companies that ranged in price from $3K to $10K. Jerry Meadow with U.S. Waterproofing was the last company we spoke to, and the only honest individual we dealt with--as he properly diagnosed that the issue was not with the foundation, but rather an HVAC problem. Jerry was absolutely correct, and although we did not have the need to hire him, it is a rarity to find such an honest and experienced service professional, and I would highly recommend their services for that reason alone."
