"First of all, very unprofessional on the phone (pretty much their way or the highway) and in person. They do not where covers for their boots and when it was mudding it was not pretty on our stairs. Smelt like smoke when they walked in the door. There is no follow up and we needed follow up work to be done and they would not return phone calls. This went on for weeks until we found someone else to do the work. DO NOT use this service."

"We had an internal house line leading to the sewer plugged on a Sunday. We couldn't run any water in the house without it coming out of the drain and into the basement. Based on all the positive reviews I read of KJM plumbing, I called Kurt and he was here within 20 minutes with his machine and cleared the clog, which took about an hour. Pleasant, polite man. The price was reasonable for a weekend emergency call. If I need a plumber again, he'll be the first one I'll call."

Seemed disorganized, tried to nearly triple the initial price, we ended up paying almost double the quote price. Left debris over the sidewalk, street, and alleyway that I had to take care of.
