Jay and his group of painters did a wonderful job painting two rooms in our house. Would certainly hire again. Work was done in one day on 7/11/24.

Five Star Painting was highly efficient and helpful throughout the process. Their explanations of the process, information on the procedure and paint/ stain choice, flexible scheduling, commitment to follow agreed-upon schedules, were welcome. They delivered a fantastic product, this with minimal interference with our own life routine, and at a highly competitive cost. I would recommand them to anyone interested in outdoor or indoor painting services.

Working with Alisa, JoAnna and the Five Star crew was wonderful. Professional, clean, conscientious. They did everything we asked and were very responsive when we needed some touch-ups due to some issues with other contractors. I would and have recommended them to anyone.

We also had the worst experience with Five Star. Their contract stated that they would do extensive prep prior to painting our homes exterior. No prep was done! No scraping, sanding or priming like their contract promised. Because of this, less than two years later, our entire home is peeling and chipping. The team that worked on our house had ONE goal…get the job done as quickly as they could! We tried countless times during the process to question their process and were continuously told to wait until the job was completed. By then it was too late. A year later when we noticed problem areas, they sent the crew back to slap some paint right over the chipped areas. Do not use this company!

Everything about our experience with Five Star Painting was top notch. We were contacted right away after having been referred to them. A project manager was scheduled to visit our home understand and quote our project in a very timely manner. The proposal was received quickly, and the project manager called me to discuss and clarify all details. The scheduling process was prompt and clear. The painters arrived on time and did an absolutely 100% FIVE STAR job. We will use Five Star Painting for all our future needs, and although it may clog up their schedule, we highly recommend Five Star Painting to everyone. We could not be more pleased with the results, and are enjoying our refreshed, updated spaces like never before!

I was so impressed with the professionalism of the entire Five Star team from my initial phone call to the final review of the project once it was complete. The quality of work, attention to detail and clean up was outstanding. Also, Steve, their recommended carpenter that came out to repair some siding did excellent work. Friends have used other painting companies with similar cost and my project looks the best!

We highly recommend Five Star Painting! Everyone that we had contact with was professional, friendly, efficient, and responsive. We had ceilings and walls in 4 rooms and 3 hallways painted and they finished in 1.5 days. And it all looks so good! Very reasonable pricing. Meticulous work. We are so thrilled with how the painting in our livingroom & kitchen turned out. The newly painted cabinets look great! Alisa's color consultation prior to painting was very much appreciated. The crew and project manager arrived on time, were respectful, had a huge work ethic and everything was immaculate when they left. We hadn't done anything to the house since we bought it 20 years ago and their team repaired cracks in the ceiling and the work they did is great. We felt listened to, we knew we could ask questions and never felt rushed. The walk throughs for the estimate, prepaint & finished paint job were very useful. The whole project took very little time. From initial call for an estimate to job completion, one of the best experiences we've had with any contractor/service provider. Quick bid response, thorough and professional description of work to be performed, and very fast turn around in scheduling. This is such a great company!!! I am the worst at picking out paint colors and put off getting our great room painted for nearly a year. Alisa was so sweet and patient. She even came over and helped to guide me to the perfect color for our space. I am so grateful!!! The entire team was wonderful! I am very particular about things and I didn’t have a single complaint about the quality of the job. Plus, the company supports many local programs for our community. We will definitely call 5 Star Painting for future projects! (And you should too)

We've used 5-Star Painting twice now, and been happy both times. When we moved into our house 3 years ago, we had 3 bedrooms and the hallways repainted, top to bottom (floors, trim, walls). The crew were capable, professional and respectful. We were so happy we hired 5-Star again when it was time to repaint our bathroom this year, as part of a bathroom reno. They repainted the ceiling and walls, and did minor drywall repair. They matched the sand texture for the repairs, and did a great job. At the same time, we hired them to paint a bedroom ceiling. Some of the paint looked like it had bubbled. When the painter started to scrape off the bubbling, he found black mold and let me know immediately. We called ServiceMaster, who came quickly, and determined that the ceiling was not wet, there was no leaking from the roof (replaced 3 years ago), and said the mold was likely from the previous old roof. ServiceMaster said it could be scraped off, sealed and repainted, which 5-Star Painting did. Throughout the process they were calm, professional and displayed their expertise. The painting crew foreman had told me what he thought was the issue- and ServiceMaster confirmed it with their specialty instruments and inspection an hour later! We were very pleased.

The crew did an awesome job and covered all furniture and flooring prior to painting. They did some tape repair in upper vaulted ceiling areas that turned out perfect. They even changed the light bulb in our 20 foot high living room. (it was out for 10 years) They painted our Living Room, Kitchen, Mud Room, Dining, Hallways and upper landing I would highly recommend 5 Star for any of your painting projects.
