When his team encountered the inevitable snag, like the refrigerator no longer fitting, they came up with creative options, explained them clearly and let us decide what was best for us. This allowed the project to move forward on time and on budget. There was some confusion about the final invoice, and Cesar was receptive, empathetic, and flexible to make sure we were all happy.
