490 It was a fantastic experience. They really did a great job and it was completed to the standards I would have if I were capable of doing the job myself. Every single caulk line is perfect. The were polite and even had great pricing. I can't say enough good things about the job they did.
John did a great job, the tub looks brand new again. John was very nice, and completed the work timely, he cleaned everything up when he came back the next day to caulk the tub.

The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity. He returned a few days later to assemble the hoop, and the final result was perfect—every measurement was spot-on. Ken went above and beyond, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again. We asked for a refund as he has our money for other projects, too, and he asked if we could wait until after Christmas. We agreed. To date Handyman Randy has not returned our money he pocketed, nor has he dropped off materials he stated he purchased for this and other projects. Randy is unresponsive and shouldn't be trusted."
