Brian is very personable and did a nice job working between our Housecleaner and us to stop by for the repair. He did an excellent job. If you have a chip in granite don’t hesitate to call him for the repair.

Our granite countertop had chips around the sink from years of kid abuse.  I set up an appointment with Brian and he was able to meet with me the following day for an estimate.  Brian inspected all of the countertops, but the only area needing attention was the edging around the kitchen sink.  It The was pretty beat up and we discussed and decided to bevel the front edge and fill grind/fill chips along the side edge.  Brian explained the work, estimated the time at two hours and we set an appointment for two weeks out.
Brain called the day before our appointment and arrived as expected the next morning.  He taped everything off, went to work and finished as planned, including clean-up, approximately two hours later.  Brian also cleaned up some calcification along the back edge of the sink.  The granite around the sink is back to it's original condition and I can't see or feel where he did his repairs.  
Brian also explained the limitations of the fill material used for some of the chips and encouraged me to call if we had any issues in the future.

The floors and sink/counter tops looked very dull and scratched.  The floors and sink/counter tops now look like brand new.

Brain did a great job. You can't even tell where the granite was crumbling along the sink area. He resealed everything and polished. Our granite looks like new again. He was here on time, worked hard and had everything done in one day.

He made two trips; one to assess our needs, and the second trip to conduct the repairs.  He cleaned the countertop and applied an epoxy finish.  A stranger could never tell where there was a fairly large crack and gap.  He also gave us great tips on how to keep our granite looking sharp.

It went beautifully.  The granite looks better than when it was installed 15 years ago.  He did a tremendous job.  He was prompt and courteous in responding to my inquiry. He gave great advice on how best to repair the granite and recommended only what services were needed.  He was very prompt in making the service appointment and was very punctual.  He was at my house the entire day and was very amiable, professional and tidy.  I would highly recommend him for any job.  Brian is a very likable, professional and conscientious businessman.  His services were of great value and his fees great value those services.

Brian was very courteous and professional. My soapstone countertop had numerous water spots and a few knicks. He rehoned the countertop and it looked better than it had for several years.

Brian arrived on time and was very professional. He took his time to wet sand and polish the marble. Then he sealed the countertop. The result was a beautiful new countertop! And as added bonus, he even taught me how to clean my Silestone countertops which had lots of hard water deposits. I would highly recommend BJK Services and will definitely use them again.

It went extremely well. Mr. Konkol was professional and courteous. The granite was ground down a bit, the holes were filled with glue and the whole area was sealed. This is going to be a maintenance issue for us and we will happily use him again.

Brian and his son arrived at our house on time. They immediately removed their shoes without being asked. They quickly got to work restoring our counters. Our home is only 5 years old but the water is so hard even with a softener that we had a horrible mineral build-up on the counters around the sink and faucet area.
We have a granite counter in the kitchen that was very dull and had completely lost its shine around the sink. Also the calking between the counter and backsplash was separating. Brian repaired the counter and it looks brand new! The granite shines again, the faucet shines, and the calking is perfectly invisible.
The marble counter in our master bathroom was a mess. We had terrible etching, water rings, and spots. The calking between the counter and backsplash was separating. There was a mineral build-up on the faucets that I wasn't able to clean off. Again Brian returned the counter and faucets to their original glory. The marble is so shiny, better than when we moved in. He removed all of the hard water stains from the faucets and the calking is completely perfect. Everything looks so amazing!
I would highly recommend Brian to anyone wanting their stone counters repaired and resealed. He did a fantastic job! Well worth it.

Our granite counter top, Black Galaxy, was installed by Wisconsin Granite Depot, but the counter was delivered with a scratch, and the scratch was so noticeable, but hidden under tape. The counter was installed and we were told by Wisconsin Granite that it could be buffed out. Long story short, we gave them two attempts. It looked horrible, the section was 2'x2' and it was a large cloud section and very noticeable. My husband came across BJK company which I was reluctant to hire, but Brian did the most amazing job! My counter looks amazing! We are so thrilled. So thrilled, we want Brian back to buff the rest of the counter area because the scratched section now looks better than the rest. Lesson learned. Granite installers can't buff! BJK is added to our list of contractors that will be back and you know how rare that is! :-) THANKS BRIAN YOU ROCK!

His work was outstanding. To be honest, the countertop looks better than it did when it was installed. The gentleman was here so long making sure to do such a wonderful job, my husband paid him more than he asked for. My husband does not normally do that, so it's a testament to the quality of his work. The job is beautiful, and he really treated our countertops like they were in his own home. He does the best granite repair and granite restoration! He was very proud of his work and very professional.

Brian came out to give us an estimate the same day we called. We scheduled to have him come back and polish our bathroom floor. Price was great and floor looks great.

Arrived on time for quote and explained the job thoroughly. On the job day, arrived at agreed upon time. Work was excellent. Sink edge was amazing after he was done. Silicone replacement also well done...very thin line of smooth silicone. Our 14 year old granite counter looks new after 13 years. We are very happy. We would absolutely use him again and will send our friends to him for granite or marble work..

Brian not only cleaned and resealed the slate, he fixed the two chips and two doors that were off the the hall. Not only does it look beautiful, Brian charged $100 less than the estimate. I highly recommend Brian. He is an artisan.

I was very pleased. The service was on time and on budget -- very high quality work.

Since this was such an unusual project, Brian could only quote time and material with an predicted range for regrinding and repairing the shower surfaces.Brian offered to spend an hour or two doing a test patch to see how much time it was going to take. During the test, he found the binding material was too soft and started to crumble. To our disappointment, he couldn't recommend going forward with the project.I'm recommending BJK Services because of Brian's integrity and willingness to do what he could to help us out. Many contractors would have taken the job, charged us for his service and when the results were unsatisfactory they would have blamed the materials. We are grateful for both what he did for us and what he didn't do for us, if that makes any sense.
