Great! the person they sent out caulked the outside of the window and it doesn't leak anymore.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went very well. They were no additional charges. They came in and did what they were supposed to. It was quick and it was done correctly. They did a good job. My wife said it was a pretty good price and she was satisfied with it. They came out right away after we called.

During a recent kitchen upgrade, I removed the upper cabinets in my 1940's Cape as well as made some changes to the original soffit. As to be expected the walls behind the cabinets definitely needed work and the soffit needed repair. Given that I plan on keeping that space open, I wanted the walls to be repaired very well - definitely better than I knew I could do. Contacted Upkeepers and they were going to contact someone to give an estimate. The B for responsiveness is that I had to make a second call to get an estimate scheduled and then an additional followup call once contract accepted to get work scheduled. Not a significant issue - just a bit of a downgrade. Initially I thought the quote was a bit high but I have to say that the work done by Nick was excellent and worth it. He came back 4 times to sand and re-coat and was willing to come back a 5th but I told him I definitely could sand down just a couple of last minute touch ups. The walls and soffit look new. He also got the handles installed on the cabinets in record time (I had already messed one up and just wanted it done right!). Overall, I was very pleased with the professionalism and the quality of work done and would recommend.

They did a good job. Everything went well.

When they came out and started removing the grout he made it seem like if he starts removing it some tiles are gonna fall out which obviously won't be covered under the and ldquo;Big Dealand rdquo;. He patches it up as well as he could and it's not fault of his it's more of the fault of bathroom getting just kind of crummy.

The rep showed up exactly on time and did a great job. He knew the special material required and had a variety of colors with him so matching was easy. Neat, tidy, job well done.

Did an excellent job. Also, extremely honest. The caulk job took less time than anticipated so there was no charge to hang the damaged storm window. Jason is a sharp young guy. Very professional. Excellent job communicating with us about appointments, schedule changes, etc.

I used an Angie's list coupon for $79 to replace the caulking in my shower. I had another quote from Bath Fitters for $75 so the price was reasonable. Jason, the handyman contracted by Upkeepers, did a perfect job. Upkeepers contracts out their work-I didn't realize this.

It is a one man show and a very friendly young man at that. He pulled out some loose tiles. And adhesed/grouted them in within two hours using two separate trips. Satisfied with service. We did end up using some materials (grout and a couple spare tiles) provided by me, so I'm sure that made things easier, but he definitely does his work on time and did a very good job.

We were more than happy with the all facets of the company, from start to finish. Tom returned my call quickly and set up a time for someone to provide an estimate on a wide variety of projects we need to have completed. We were pleasantly surprised with the very competitive (and superior) quotes on most projects. We started with this flooring/bathroom project and the workers were professional, thorough and wonderful to work with and, most importantly, we're thrilled with the finish products! We will definitely bring them back to do more in our home. I highly recommend calling The UpKeepers -- they make it easy to get things done!
