Friendly, very focused on communicating with me, making sure thing were going well, and understood that I wanted to keep costs down. When I say Adam had the best estimate, I mean that a well known carpentry business gave me quote of $30,000 and a well-known builder/renovator quoted me $20,000 (but at least said I get it done far cheaper with a good handyman, which is what I found) and the total cost with Adam came in just under $10,000). To do so, he and his crew had to jack up one side of the house and work in a tight crawl space and outside in nasty weather. Jordan and his crew were very easy to work with and displayed excellent attention to detail. His rates were most reasonable and he did an excellent job of answering my questions and addressing my concerns in a timely manner. I plan to hire him again for other work. "
