I’m Nick Herman, from the Green Bay area. Most of my career has been in flexo printing — running plants, training operators, and solving problems when the line is down. That same mindset is how I run Woodya Look At That Tree Service. I started it as a one-man operation because I like being on the tools and I like finishing a job clean. I do removals, storm cleanup, and large hardwoods — oaks included — using proper lowering and rigging so we’re not tearing up yards. I’m not a big crew with a fancy truck wrap. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"went very well.  We had previously paid another local heating and air conditioning company to do a fall inspection.  At that timie this "other" company told me that there were problems with the heat exchanger and that the unit was in immediate need of replacement.  In fact the service technician went so far as to shut off our furnace.   I called Professional for a 2nd opinion and the technician informed us that yes, our furnace was old, but that this furnace had so many safety measures that the unit would just shut itself off rather than cause a fire or a carbon monoxide leak.  He assured us that this furnace was fine to operate.
