"Luis and his team were great! I had a large tree that was surrounded by my house, the neighbors house, and a garage. They had it down and the wood stacked neatly in about half a day. Later in the day, I called back to see where the anchors were for my sons playhouse, and Luis said he would check with the crew and call me back. Within 30 min I got a call back saying where they anchors were but not to worry as Luis had already came back and put the playhouse/anchors back in himself. What great customer service!! "This season's late winter storm brought down heavy limbs on our house and electric lines. That big tree clearly had to go - before the next snowfall. Sheldon and Solid Tree Service promptly came to handle our emergency and we couldn't have been in better hands. The giant tree was taken down safely and methodically, even though the equipment needed to be moved to three different positions to gain access. There was no damage to surrounding trees or structures. The wood was hauled away immediately and the site was thoroughly cleaned up before the crew left.
