"Luis and his team were great! I had a large tree that was surrounded by my house, the neighbors house, and a garage. They had it down and the wood stacked neatly in about half a day. Later in the day, I called back to see where the anchors were for my sons playhouse, and Luis said he would check with the crew and call me back. Within 30 min I got a call back saying where they anchors were but not to worry as Luis had already came back and put the playhouse/anchors back in himself. What great customer service!! All we needed was to have some dead trees laying over a non-live utility line cut-up more along with some of the other shrubs that were affected by the weight of the trees. We did not have the right equipment to complete this part of the project. Sylvester completed the task with great efficiency and professionalism. "Tim called in response to an inquiry for emergency tree removal. He came out within an hour alone to take down a large dead Ash that broke 4' above the ground and was ready to fall across the road in front of our house. Tim had the tree down and cleaned off the road immediately.Tim also took down another tree that was broken off and hung up in other trees preventing it from falling on our garage. He brought this tree down with out any damage. Tim and his crew will be coming back for additional tree removal and landscaping. I highly recommend this company for this work."
