Great communication. John replied right away and showed up when he said he would. They took down my tree very fast. The name is a true description! The teamed worked like well-choreographed performers. They cleaned up my yard impeccably. My neighbor was so impressed, they hired him on the spot.

Do not pay this contractor until he completes the work. This was job he agreed to cut down several trees, grind stumps, and trim up trees in the back of my house. He cut down the trees, ground 50% of the stumps, and did not trim any of the trees in the back. I had to travel out of town so left the money with my wife to pay him, and he took advantage of me being out of town, collected the money and did not complete all the work. The scope of work was crystal clear and fully understood- yet he did not complete his end. I would not hire this contractor again.

The crew was great, worked hard, and very safely. The full scope of the job was completed in one day and my property was cleared of all debris. I would highly recommend this tree service.

They showed up when they said they would and were personable and efficient. We have a huge silver maple tree that has not been pruned in 30 years. They did the job in an hour and a half including cleanup. It looks great and even the neighbors love it. Couldn’t ask for more from this team. 5 stars

I have had trees cut down in the past, but they were not as efficient as Monkey Climbers. In the past I was left with the clean up, but that was not the case this time. They cut down 3 trees and nothing was left in my yard. All of the debris was taken away. They did a great job for a fee that I thought was reasonable. They also trimmed my bush.

They did an awesome job. They actually showed up early and worked non stop till the job was done. When they were finished everything was clean with no debris laying around. I am happy to recommend them to anyone.

I would hire these guys again in a heartbeat. They took down 3 large trees and trimmed several large branches from a few others where I had received storm damage. All of these trees were between my shed, my electrical wires and my house and there wasn't ANY damage . They were quick., they were efficient and they cleaned up wonderfully. So very happy with their work. Four people were sent to work on 3 trees. They all worked together as one team, worked hard and steadily. The team leader, Jesus, was very knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions and make recommendations. Felt very reassured by him. Took all the time I needed to answer questions. He also worked with his team. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was the communication with us concerning when their workers would be here to start could have been better.

Excellent service all around. They fell a damaged tree and removed several fallen trees from Hurricane Helene. Prompt and professional service and cleaned up behind themselves. I dealt with Jesus on site who was friendly and professional. I also dealt with John from their home office, and he was friendly and courteous as well. Very reasonable pricing, also.
