AMERICAN TREE EXPERTS

I used American tree experts for snow plowing my shopping plaza and they damage my curbing. I contacted the owner and he said the curb shouldn’t be there and he will not responsible. I had American tree plow my plaza the prior year with no problems. I would never recommend this company.

We are very happy with the service we received from American Tree Experts. This is our second time using this company and both times we received excellent service. First, Chris and Mitch performed all the tasks safely including the removal of a very large tree. They did excellent pruning of several trees. The trees were quite overgrown and blocking windows and hanging over the roof. They pruned with care and talked to us about the shape of the tree when deciding which branches to prune - taking care not to prune too much and damage the tree. They also looked at some other trees for us and made suggestions for the future. We are looking forward to them coming again.

Very well. They gave a nice shape to a tree with a lot of storm damage, something I wasn't sure was possible.

They worked 10 hour days and they worked constantly. They systematically cut down tree after tree. As the yard filled with limbs and logs, they chipped everything into a truck. After they finished cutting down all the trees and cleaned up the yard, they came back to grind the stumps. I love the results.

I was more than pleased with the two man crew that showed up today to do the work. It was a scorcher of a day but the crew hung in there and did an excellent job not only with the work that needed to be done but with cleanup. Would not hesitate to have them back.

We called them to have our trees trimmed. They offered us a discount if we were willing to have the trimming done during off season (January - March). We gladly accepted. They came in March and trimmed the trees. All is well.

The work was done professionally. Cleaned up debris.

ATE always provides highly professional and effective service, although they are sometimes a bit on the pricey side. Still, the price is warranted by the high quality of their work.

They responded quickly for an estimate and wrote a detailed invoice of the work to be done. The workers arrived promptly on the appointment day, they were polite, professional and did a great job of protecting our lawn and cleaning up afterwards.

We have been dealing with American Tree for many years and have always been satisfied with their work.

Excellent and extremely fast. One day I had a dying tree and the next day, it was gone. The debris was thoroughly removed.

If it weren't I wouldn't be so sure I be calling them back next year anyhow.

It seem reasonable for what they did. They really know what they are doing and one thing that some people don't is they explain to me what it is that they are trying to do. Actually they were here quicker than I expected I called them at the tail end of winter and they were actually able to come out and take a look and see what needed to be done real soon, clearly you don't want somebody going up a tree while there's ice on it. As I say they explained to me what needed to be done for the issues that I raised and explained it clearly enough that I could understand.
