He hand dug the windows which elminated the mess that machinery can make. After the windows were done, Ray went above the original scope of work and helped fix some blocks in the foundation. He was also able to remove and replace some of the original basment windows. We are now able to start on finishing our basement months earlier than if we went with another company. Josh Foulk arrived to review the proposed work in less than 24 hours after we contacted him.  He gave us a written bid that same day.  When we accepted the contract, he scheduled the work in less than a week. He and his assistant arrived promptly on the day designated, and worked steadily and professionally to get the job done.  He was finished in about a day and a half.  He took care to protect our carpet, cleaned everything, and took all the construction debris with him.

Josh was careful to explain everything to us, answered our questions clearly, and was pleasant to work with. He offered advice on how to improve the proposed project. He did exactly what he said he would do and kept us informed about what the next steps would be.
