I have never experienced such promptness with a contractor. The bid was prompt and all scheduled plans were on time. Only delay was for two day due to battery not shipped with generator. The installation was on the day promised and the Excel Power reps were here for disconnect and reconnect on time. Also, the subcontractor arrived and connected the natural gas during the same day while the power was disconnected and buried the gas line in the same trench with the electrical line. The power company safety inspector viewed the installation and approved the job and restored power same day. Very neat job. I just hope that I never need it but in case of power outage, I am ready.
