"We greatly appreciate your review and are very happy that you were extremely satisfied with all the work! it was an absolute pleasure working for you guys!"
"thank you so much [Member Name Removed] it was an absolute pleasure working for you it's always nice working for a homeowner with the amount of patients you had so that we could perfect every detail in your custom 3 season porch build!"
"yes you should definitely make sure you have detailed professional plans when you hire a contractor! it was a great pleasure working for this homeowner but when I started the job I was handed a hand drawn sketch on a plain piece of paper that I was expected to use as a blueprint so I did the best I could with the details I was given and because it wasn't exactly how they pictured it in their mind I end up getting a bad review for it??? everything was done extremely professional and turned out very very nicely!! Anyone who is like photos of this particular deck build please inquire. and for future reference have detailed blueprints so the contractor can follow what should be done and not blamed!!!"
"I handled this customer very professionally and let him know I would get out to fix fascia as soon as I possibly could and when I didn't show up the day he wanted me to he started posting untrue reviews and harassing my business through text messages to the point that Angie's List had to remove some of his posts that he was posting from different IP addresses. People like this that go out of their way to damage a small business with slander during these hard times it's just unbelievable. Everybody needs to be more patient and understanding that's what is lacking."
"don't try and ruin someone's livelihood because they didn't offer you service, these reviews are for people who contract work. everyone else that is able to read this please understand that my business was too preoccupied to attend to everyone in service, do to covid-19 we are not handling the workloads we normally do. it is totally disrespectful and unprofessional for someone who does not officially contract work to write and a review for something that has not even been agreed upon."
"I informed [Member Name Removed] how busy all the contractors were with storm damage and that it would take a few days to get his estimate prepared because of the extensive damage and amount of other people in the area that needed estimates immediately also. I never signed any contract with him all I was obligated to do was send an estimate over and he had the nerve to give me a bad review because it was not exactly when he wanted it I feel that that is completely unfair to us contractors that are providing services for the public. UNCALLED FOR!!"
"First of all pricing written in contract was open-ended like most custom house builds it was estimated cost would be anywhere from 150 to 165000 possibly higher. I documented everything in writing that describes driveway was not included in price and that Midway through the project if homeowners budget was able to include material and labor cost to install driveway and sidewalks that it would be added to the original bid, above and beyond the 150,000 to 165,000 dollar range. Trim package for the entire house was verbally described to you as an unfinished oak trim package that included cupboards interior doors and all trim. you waited until the very last week final walk-through and final payment to a tri end blackmail me until giving you a $3,000 discount because of wording in the contract, then yes I threaten to Sue and put a contractor's lien on the property because final payment was not received. You assumed that if you hired a smaller business you could dictate how much you were going to pay for services rendered? I'm sorry that's not how it works! I think mainly what triggered you to post this untrue sorry is the fact that you do not even want to pay the HVAC company for the work that they did there. Every single contractor involved on that job was underpaid and walked away unhappy. I will be pursuing defamation of character on account of this post."
"Thank you very much [Member Name Removed] for the review, it was a great pleasure working for you! feel free to contact us for any future projects!"
"I'm sorry [Member Name Removed] but I never did any work for you you called me out to do an estimate and that's exactly what I gave you was [Member Information Removed] rough guess on your work, I informed you that I was extremely busy and I probably would not be able to get to it, so in the future maybe write [Member Information Removed] review for work you actually had done."
"Thank you so much [Member Name Removed] for your great review, it was a pleasure working for you and look forward to hearing from you on any future projects!"
