"Right from our very first time meeting with Right Choice Construction, we were impressed! The salesman, Tony, was so personable and really took the time to listen to our needs. He helped us pick out the best windows for our budget and the functionality that we needed. To put icing on the cake, a few days after we had signed our contract, we got a package in the mail. Fresh baked cookies in a tin that said Thank You and Right Choice Construction Mugs. I've never heard of a business doing such a nice and thoughtful thing! Plus the cookies were really good :D This company even sent out a second person, Matt, to re-measure all of the windows and make sure they were the kind that we had wanted. To me, that is just high-quality work and professionalism! It was also nice because he was able to give us a ballpark time frame of when they would be put in (which the windows arrived earlier than expected so they were installed and done with weeks before their prediction, that's a plus in my book!) Fast forward to the installation days. My husband and I both had to work when they were going to be here but that actually worked out just fine. It was only a two-day installation but each day that we got home, they had cleaned up our house really well, leaving no mess behind. Once they were finished, the owner of the company, Rich, came over and did a walk-through with us, making sure we were satisfied with each and every window. The warranty with this company is phenomenal as well! This company is definitely worth checking out! We highly recommend Right Choice Construction for their excellent customer service, punctuality, professionalism, and down-to-earth people. "The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."
