The reason for the 4 star is they were supposed to call 30 mins before arrival. They showed up without calling and I had to rush home from work. The 4 stars is also due to sticker shock (no fault of the plumber). Original quote was $720 for a clogged drain. They knocked it down to $500 with only a 30 day warranty rather than 6 month. He found the clog at 35’ (10’ beyond my 25’ snake) in less than 20 mins. I now know I can get a 125’ power snake with all the different pipe size attachments for $300. I do appreciate the promptness of Roto Rooter, ease of scheduling, and fixing the issue right away, but I will invest in my own 100’ snake before spending $500 for 20 mins of labor (not including their travel). Thanks Roto Rooter for jumping on this and fixing the issue in less than 24 hours after contacting you."

They damaged my floors and hardwood stairs and left me with a hazardous staircase that was a finished and the first level not even started. I’ve requested money back and they blocked my phone number and I cannot reach anybody I’m going to file a claim to the Better Business Bureau for the serious situation that they left me in without even a reimbursement of payment. I’m an honest consumer warning anyone considering not to use them. Also the owner did not pay his employee for any labor of the job and the other 5 star posts are from the employees themselves. Do not trust"
