Within a month the room was under construction . . he, alone constructed my dream room. During the construction changes were made with ease and he didn't hesitate to add his thoughts on how to achieve the relaxed, open room that I wanted . . wonderful suggestions which I readily accepted. The room is gorgeous, all that I could hope for. To finish off my room, he constructed a small deck which is full of plants and flowers . . makes the room feel very open. Thanks Jim

When Jim replaced my front and screen doors back in fall of 2008, I had him check out my bathroom because the floor behind the toilet was soft and dipping in. He showed me in my basement how the subfloor was rotted out. Of course I thought, "great another project $$$". My bathroom looked OK, but I knew it had to be taken care of...................... I had a week set up with Jim to come back, in May. Meanwhile I shopped for a new toilet, vanity, faucet, medicine chest, and ceramic tile flooring. I could have kept the old vanity, but what the heck........... So Jim came in May, removed the toilet, vanity, flooring, and the rotted boards. Stinky too. That was a lot of work just to get to the problem area. I thought the whole 5x5' area (not counting the tub space) would have to be replaced but it turned out only about 3x3' was bad. Jim reinforced the beams in the basement with 2x6's, laid the new floor, then the cement board, and put my new toilet in place. He did this because I have only one bathroom, which was great to have a toilet again until he came back. The next day, he removed the toilet and laid the tile, and put the toilet back in place. The next day the vanity and medicine chest was placed. I love my new Euro style sink and ceramic floor! I chose 4x4" ceramic tiles for the sink's back splash and a really cool looking sleek faucet. Jim cut the floor tile in half to use it for my baseboard which really looks cool too. He did all the grouting last. It sure sounds like the job was easy when you write it in a few paragraphs, but it was very time consuming, labor intensive, with a small area to work within. Jim also had to deal with those old pipes in the basement that never want to come apart, and connect the new pipes. And when he cut the flooring, it wasn't just the toilet hole, my vent pipe runs up right close to the toilet, so he had to work around that, and the hole for the toilet water supply line is right there too. He really had his work cut out for him. Jim also boxed in that ugly vent pipe. My bathroom looks great, the floor is solid !!!. This was not a one day project for one guy. I really appreciated Jim putting in, taking out, and putting back in the toilet so my daughter and I didn't have to go without. And I really love my Euro style sink !!! Jim is a great guy, works hard, has all the tools he needs with him, and I am sure he will be back here for another project

Mr. Clark gave me a detailed estimate based on my plan for the room in the basement. Along the way we changed a few things and at the end of the project he provided detail of those changes. He arrived to work when he said he would and the project was done in the time he estimated. I am very happy with the result and will probably hire him again if I have other projects

Jim Clark came over within a few days of our initial conversation, assessed the job, and returned to my home within a week to discuss the job and cost. I had the choice of either special ordering the doors to fit the space, or have him fit the doors I could purchase from a local store. I opted to special order the doors. He brought brochures of doors for me to choose from. Within three weeks, Jim returned with the doors to do the job. Jim removed the old doors, also the inside wood door trim without one making one crack in my old plaster walls, removed the rotten wood beneath the door, and baseboard where the tile was laid. I watched Jim as he worked, he is very meticulous. I did not realize the time and work involved in prepping for the installation of the doors. The doors went in, new wood on the inside to replace the old wood frame, the rotten big piece of wood under the door was replaced, tile laid, baseboard replaced, some insulation placed, I kept my old lock, and got a new door knob. Jim made sure I was pleased with the results before he left. I chose to dispose of the old doors and wood scrap through my trash service. The new doors work great! I like Jim. He clearly informed me of cost and other purchases required to complete the job. I had the choice of picking up the needed lumber or he would. Jim has a trailer with every tool at hand, does not stop working, keeps going like the energizer bunny. I will call him for help with my next project

Things went well overall. He’s really meticulous in his work and he does really nice carpentry work. I think the price is a little high but he shows up on time, he stays all day, and he finishes the job.

Dave was awesome to work with. Great pricing and absolutely tremendous work. Hung drywall for my basement, then taped, mudded, and sanded. I will only recommend him if any asks me about drywall needs.

My experience with Jameson contractors was excellent! The job was to remove 2 existing windows, cut the remaining wall out, Then size the opening to fit a patio door. From the time the first window was removed to the time he had the patio door in place was less than 2 hours! (total project about a day)He is very professional, honest and detail oriented. He left the exterior looking better than when he started. I would strongly recommend Jameson Contractors and will use them again

"We are very pleased with the quality of work that was completed by Dave. His price was very reasonable. He added in a few extras that were unknown prior to starting the job and was reasonable on the additional cost. In addition, he was willing to accommodate a week delay in starting the job at the last minute after arrangement had been made. While priming and painting, we found no problem areas. We will be hiring Dave in the future.

"Had the fence put up to contain my 3 dogs (2 small and 1 medium sized. I clear cut the paths where I wanted the fence to go. Took 3 trips over a week to get installed I called back a day after finished to tell them that the fabric was loose around the bottom edge of fence. They said they would send someone out to look at it. Also had issues with misaligned gates. Enough room for dogs to get out from under. Owner came over and said that fence was properly tightened. They said the only thing they could do was add tension wire to the bottom for an additional $1000., Every fence installer I called that originally quoted me (3 of them) said that was a standard and was priced into their bid. No wonder these guys came in lower! How can you keep dogs contained when the fence fabric is not secured on the bottom? Needless to say I will be having someone else install the tension wire and never use these people again.
