"My basement had wall crack steps, horizontal cracks, bowing issues along with moisture issues. Water would come in the basement regularly. Everything was taken care of by RENEW about 6-7 years ago. They replaced some of the foundation bricks, installed a drainage system, placed reinforcement rods along the walls and installed a sump pump. RENEW also helped me with additional request as the project progressed (removing personal items, etc). On the exterior they added and pitched dirt along with placing decorative rocks. I’m writing this 6-7 years later so I’m sure I’ve left a few things out. Since having the work done, my basement has been dry. THERE IS NO WATER/MOISTURE PROBLEMS AT ALL! RENEW is a family business that takes pride in their work. They are dependable, personable, reasonable with cost and most of all knowledgeable. They made sure that the patio was pitched away from our house to avoid any water flowing back into our foundation and used top notch materials for the base to ensure the pavers don't shift or settle over time. They got all the base, border, and pavers installed in November of last year and followed through on completion of the project with polysand this spring.
