We are certified by the Chimney Safety Institute of America. We are members of the National Chimney Sweep Guild and Wisconsin Guild of Chimney Service Specialists. We are fully insured. "We apologize for the delays that you experienced. Our busy season is every year in fall. It seems that everyone calls at the same time. We were there on September 7th and you accepted our proposal on September 16th. We were slammed with masonry work which can only be done in warm dry weather. I admit we let your job wait a bit while we took care of active leaks and real estate deadlines. We installed your new chase cover on Nov 7th. We install hundreds of these every year with no issues. It turns out your chase is not built square which resulted in the small gap that you observed. We were notified of this gap on December 11th. We were unsure what to do since that had never happened before. We have been working diligently to catch up on an incredible backlog that we also have never had before. With the weather finally warming up we came and took care of the issue. We did not request final payment until the issue was rectified. We thank you for your feedback."
