"Did a job not certified for, contaminated our whole house with asbestos, health dpt, locked us out till abetment was done, now a year later abetment co says we owe $90k because they can't locate Marshall. Already cost us over $20k in losses. This man is scumm!! Health dept closed 13 citations, each up to $10k in fines, because they couldn't locate him.??? They stole food from the deep freezer leaving it open ruining top 2 shelves of food and drank our beer, they used our hot tub!! They snooped in every room in the house.
