"We bought a house from a smoker. We hired a separate company for the decontamination and Robert coordinated with them to be able to start the restoration after they were done. He had to paint EVERYTHING: ceilings, walls, closets, trim, doors.... We replaced ~80% of the flooring with tile and he was able to put in a beautiful medallion! He replaced a toilet, fixed other plumbing issues, installed ceiling fans on the patio, cleaned up the yard, changed all the doorknobs, repaired the garage door, replaced the keypad remote.... There were so many things, it is difficult to list them all. The property looks BEAUTIFUL and we plan additional projects for him. We highly recommend Robert to care for your home as if it were his own!"

"We contacted Mike at Just Build It Construction to install additional jacks in the crawl space of our lake cabin and to make some deck repairs. He kept in touch and got the job done effectively. Since we weren't on site when the work was done I asked for before and after photos which he provided. We were very satisfied with the work!"

Additionally, the cost of materials is likely higher when building a new home than it was when an existing home was built (unless itās a very new one). Youāre also paying for all new appliances, finishes, permits, inspections, and connections for water, gas, and electricity.Ā
Knowing if you need an architect for your project can be tricky, especially if you've never worked with one before.
