"Countryside was the first company to provide a licensed, qualified and efficient  technician to provide service for my extremely sophisticated (and difficult to work on) Bosch tankless water heater. He took the ignitor problem from the beginning with testing and repair of gas and water flow problems to a status where the Bosch system is now working better then when it was newly installed. I expect that I would have had to go to Minneapolis or St. Paul (50 to 60 miles away) in order to get the same quality of service."

"Our technician, Dameyan Jackson, called the night before the day of service to let me know the time that he would be here to service our system. On Friday, he called to let me know that he was available to come earlier than scheduled, if I would like. He arrived shortly after the phone call, came in and quickly recognized that the pump had failed. He was very knowledgeable and professional.
