"I called Countryside in the morning and they had someone out to the house the same day.  Over the phone I described the issues we were having and was told it sounded like the bladder in the pressure tank needed to be replaced.  I questioned that statement and was reassured that it could be done.  I also relayed the area where the pressure tank was located was relatively open and could be accessed easily.  When the two technicians arrived they were brought to the basement and shown where the old tank was.  They said they would bring the new tank down and start draining the old one.  When I asked about replacing the bladder I was told no, not on this tank.  The person I talked with in the morning meant the whole tank needed replacing not just the bladder.  The tank was drained and the new one hooked up without difficulties.  They even had time to replace a couple toilet seals.  The total time spent at the property was an hour.  The technicians were pleasant and professional.  When the bill arrived there were some questions as there was extra time that had not been spent at the property.  A couple phone conversations later and Countryside reduced the amount of labor that had been charged.

He provided us with a quote for installing of inside drain system , new sump pump and air filtration system. We were pleased with the description and details of the products suggested. We accepted the bid and a month later the team came to our home. Within two days we had the new system installed. Everyone was great. Very attentive to our needs and desires. "Could not have asked for better service. What started out as what we thought was a simple clogged drain turned into a totally grease slug packed line that took all day. "Called in claim on 6/18; tech assigned on 6 /19; so far so good. Claim was for failed well pump with NO water to my home with two disabled seniors. Due to heavy workload and no extra pay on weekends the tech came for diagnostics 4 days later. He verified the failed pump and tried to purchase one at Home Depot. None in stock, had to be ordered. Pump came in on 6/30 and tech arrived today, 7/1, and expertly installed the new pump. Choice has a $ 500 limit on well repair, which is 1/3 of a typical bill. That dollar cap is riduculous. On a positive note, C-Force provides expert work for Choice and would be my choice for any future work."

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
