The main reason I called them was to have out kitchen painted.  They did a fantastic job.  We have new cabinets and I jokingly threatened them about getting any paint on them.  Not a spec...the trim work is outstanding.  Some of the area's are hard to reach due to the layout of the kitchen and the height of the ceilings, but they were able to handle all of it.

I also had them do a few other odd jobs which will be hard to describe, but all the work was done very well.

They showed up on time, ready to work. 

Rebecca was very good about working with me on my request, and very honest about what could and couldn't be done...and what to expect with the outcome.  She was VERY responsive, professional and honest throughout the entire job.  AND...they even came in under their quote!

We have other projects that we will need done in our home and I will definitely use them for as many as they are qualified to do.  I'm very pleased with the work.

"Rich came to give us a quote the same day we called. He told us what items could be cleaned and saved and what had to be disposed of. He took the time and explained everything thoroughly. "The project went well. Chris and his Son were polite and did a good job. Under the cold conditions they were able to provide a high quality product. The work they did in my garage looks amazing. They were also able to touch up my existing drywall and re-texture and paint to make the whole garage seamless. There were a few minor cracks to the seams that showed up. Chris is going to wait until the weather warms up to come back and take care of them. I'm confident this will be resolved and he was more than willing to address and take care of it. I'll post an update once the work is done. I also had them paint some exposed wood around my garage door. They did a very nice job and I'm thrilled with the work."

"We purchased a 1924 bungalow in early 2021, which still had the original and not very functional kitchen. We enjoyed working with Roger from Kitchen Krafters in part due to his enthusiasm for old houses. He helped us to create a plan for remodel which made the kitchen much more functional, using some slight movement of walls and opening of space while also still mostly retaining the original charm of the house. We appreciated his flexibility, as he was able to start the dirtier demolition and rough work before we actually moved in, by adjusting his own schedule somewhat. He is very detail oriented, and he identified and corrected a structural problem in the basement that would have eventually become a larger problem and which could easily have been ignored by a contractor working in the kitchen upstairs. The finished product is beautiful and meticulously installed. Work included replacing all electrical/plumbing, reframing two walls, restoring hardwood floor that had been covered with linoleum for many years, new cupboards/back splash/quartz counters, and all in a newly designed configuration. We do have one concern that is not the fault of Kitchen Krafters. They only use cabinetry from one company, and we have been disappointed with the finish on that cabinetry (white), as the paint has been wearing off the corners of several of the drawers despite careful use over the past 8 months. Roger has been really helpful in touching up some of these areas even though he's been done with our job for 8 months now, and so that really speaks to the quality of his company. But, I would recommend that other cabinet manufacturers being considered for future use."

"I meant to write a review and never got around to it. I don't remember how I found Ron. I had water damage in finished basement. I did the demo myself of about 18 feet of wall and portion of ceiling and studs. Ron's friend Gary Murphy replaced the studs. Ron did the drywall. The drywall finish was not typical, yet he did a great job of matching. After painting by a pro it is impossible for one not familiar with the work to tell the wall was repaired."
