The main reason I called them was to have out kitchen painted.  They did a fantastic job.  We have new cabinets and I jokingly threatened them about getting any paint on them.  Not a spec...the trim work is outstanding.  Some of the area's are hard to reach due to the layout of the kitchen and the height of the ceilings, but they were able to handle all of it.

I also had them do a few other odd jobs which will be hard to describe, but all the work was done very well.

They showed up on time, ready to work. 

Rebecca was very good about working with me on my request, and very honest about what could and couldn't be done...and what to expect with the outcome.  She was VERY responsive, professional and honest throughout the entire job.  AND...they even came in under their quote!

We have other projects that we will need done in our home and I will definitely use them for as many as they are qualified to do.  I'm very pleased with the work.

"Donnie came out to look over the job and give us a price. He was on time professional, knowledgable, and sincere - my husband and I both felt very comfortable with him. He sent a written quote via email latter that day as promised. When we finally had most things out of the basement we called him back. He came out again, we added a few things to the original plan. He was reassuring that he could start on our desired date and that we would be happy with his workers. They came on our desired day to start. We were skeptical but hopeful. By the end of the first day we were thrilled with all the workers! No way we could have hoped for better. Norma the team leader was unbelievable working alongside  the men with suits and masks in hot summer weather. "I am extremely happy and satisfied with the service I received from Custom Craft Environmental. I wanted to have my bathroom inspected for asbestos as I am doing some remodeling (including ripping out tile). Throughout the process I worked with a gentlemen named Rich. During correspondence prior to the inspection date, Rich was always very responsive and professional. On the inspection date, Rich was on time and, again, professional. While my main concern was tile, a thorough inspection was done of the whole bathroom area (including checking under the carpeted portion of the bathroom space). I was also very impressed by Rich's vast knowledge. As we talked more generally about my living space, I learned that there is a hazardous substance in the type of ceiling I have - something I never would have thought of! I'm not doing any ceiling removal/remodeling, but if I ever do, now I know. And last but not least, the price was right!
