"Specialists Len (owner), Ed, Neal, & Joe arrived promptly at the assigned time, 7 am. They were very careful, covering the floors & remaining furniture. The guys were pleasant & worked diligently. Eddie did an awesome job "repairing" the moisture-damaged living room wall. It looks perfect! Len applied the fine finishing touches on some woodwork in the hallway he painted. He did a meticulous job on that & the entire bathroom. For the kitchen & bath, we decided to use Len's expert knowledge of color harmonies, & were very pleased! The full project was completed by 4 pm, including clean-up! Len was right for us to be cautious about the family room ceiling. There was slight bleeding, but thanks to a quick return job from Ed (again using oil-based Kilz, rather than regular paint) & son, Eric, it now looks perfect! "Donnie came out to look over the job and give us a price. He was on time professional, knowledgable, and sincere - my husband and I both felt very comfortable with him. He sent a written quote via email latter that day as promised. When we finally had most things out of the basement we called him back. He came out again, we added a few things to the original plan. He was reassuring that he could start on our desired date and that we would be happy with his workers. They came on our desired day to start. We were skeptical but hopeful. By the end of the first day we were thrilled with all the workers! No way we could have hoped for better. Norma the team leader was unbelievable working alongside  the men with suits and masks in hot summer weather. "He had a cancellation and was able to come out the day I called. He verified that we actually didn't have mold growing in the one area. Since that area was connected to an indoor hot tub room, he checked the tub room just to verify that all was ok in there. He gave me some tips on preventing mold in that tub room and informed me about some other areas to watch (as this was in the basement and we have had water get inside with heavy rain) and I asked him about some marks on my basement ceiling. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. Will definitely be calling if need for future services."

"Chris was called about a small leak in our dining room ceiling. He immediately recognized it as mold, and recognized that the problem was likely more advanced than just the water damage on the ceiling. He cut out small parts of the walls near the joists and discovered our fairly significant mold problem. He secured the room and immediately gave us recommendations on the remediation, the predicted extent of the problem and the cost. This was discovered in early December (not the time of year you want to be displaced from your home due to mold) and despite his busy schedule, he and his crew set to work in the evenings to get our drywall down and the mold remediation begun. He kept us updated regularly on the progress of the project, as well as other developments he discovered. He provided sound recommendations, alternative options and reasonable pricing. He and his crew were neat and tidy, and performed excellent finish work. From beginning to end, we were only out of the house for about a week due to the chemicals being used and having a small child and dog. Chris stands by his word and his work. He was reasonable on his pricing and went the extra mile to make sure the room looked fantastic. One of our return vents was broken in the process and he not only replaced it, but painted our other returns white so they would all match. He and his son went over our baseboards and window frames with a coat of murphy's oil soap to make the room shine. We have an older house that appears dated, but when they were done, the room obvious had had a facelift. We are bringing them back to do more projects this spring/summer."
