Jack arrived on the date & time agreed upon. He completed the job that we had discussed. He was exceptionally careful when moving the Lannon stones from one area to another. I was very pleased with the work Jack completed.

This was a multi-faceted project and went very well with just a few minor issues. While I had a very detailed graph paper drawing of what I wanted, I failed to put a start date in the contract. So, starting was a bit later than I wanted. But, once it did, things went smoothly. The crew was very courteous & arrived in a timely manner each day. They did a beautiful job. When I had issues, they were immediately addressed. The owner showed up every day to see how things were going. My only problem was that the grass seed they used had an inordinate amount of weeds in it. I did not complain to the company about it because reseeding wasn't even in the contract. But, mostly because the rest of the job was so gorgeous. And, I could deal with the lawn myself. All in all, a beautiful job. Would highly recommend them

Roberto Nova Landscaping

Things went great! Roberto and his crew worked extremely hard and did phenomenal job completing all tasks I wanted them to do — even several extra things that needed attention. They removed a huge buildup of bushes on side and center of yard. They also removed massive amounts of weeds that were nearly everywhere. Many beautiful flowers and bushes were planted by them around yard. They distributed (shoveled) two truckloads of river rock used under tree line across length of front yard and to inside center island. It was monumental amount of work which turned out absolutely stunning. I noticed on many occasions people going by our house and turning their heads at our yard. Our friends visiting house also raved at how beautiful our yard looked. Roberto and his crew took an eyesore of front yard and transformed it into spectacular front yard. Our house now stands out as one of the best landscaped yards in subdivision. We can’t thank Roberto and his crew enough for excellent work they performed at our home

"Great service. Janice came out same-day to give an estimate. She returned with her crew a few days later to complete the work. We had dealing with water pouring into our basement due to low grade and bad window well. The work she did was outstanding and for the first time in months, we didn't have water in the basement after it rained. Her crew was very professional and friendly. We'll have them out again to take care of any other landscape issues.

"It cost $65 a time. The service was excellent. The price was exorbitant. What I liked about it was that I was down to pavement always. They came with a handcrew. They used no machines. So it was completely quiet. They would come at 1 o'clock in the morning and you wouldn't even know they were there. But, they would come multiple times in a snowstorm. So, there was one month where I think my bill was over $700, which was way too much, which is why I'm using another service this year. But they were very responsive. If money is no object, they were pretty amazing. The work they did was excellent. In a big snowstorm, they might come three or four times. So, that was 65 times four. Then, salt was another $20 each time. So, it was $85 times each time they came. Even in a three inch snow, they would come twice. So, it certainly added up. But, the actual service was amazing.

"By way of establishing our 'street cred' as reviewers, we have done a lot of DIY remodeling of older properties, as well as DIY landscaping (including retaining walls and patios) over our 40+ years of marriage, and also had a home built in the late 1980's - so we are well-versed in the 'typical' building and landscaping experience. We also understand that unpredictable stuff will inevitably come up in the course of a project like this. Our project ended up being more extensive than we originally planned. Some of that was because of the unpredictable stuff, but the majority was our conscious decision to move from just fixing what had to be fixed to doing a true home improvement project. Summary of what we did: removed the wooden boardwalk over Erosion Ground Zero which ran from the house about halfway to the detached garage at the front of the property; installed a stabilization grid and drainage system across the front yard (lots of mesh, pipes, sand, stone, carefully calibrated to control and disperse the flow of water to minimize future erosion & puddles) between driveway and new retaining wall along the top of the ravine; replaced the old boardwalk with a heavy load-bearing framework extending from the house all the way to the garage, topped by a brick paver sidewalk with a temperature/moisture sensor heating element under the middle portion, part of the driveway and up the steps to the front door; capped the entry steps with stone to match the existing porch wall & the rest of the entry porch with pavers matching the walkway; replaced original pebble path leading to the backyard with brick pavers & extended it around to the front of the house and all the way to the stone patio loverlooking the lake, which was also repaved with the same brick pavers; replaced about 80% of the existing plants, trees, bushes and lawn in both the front and back yards; enhancement of electrical service from 200 to 400 amp to power the heaters & future electric car charging; replacement of the driveway Part 1 (Part 2, final asphalt coat, will occur in the Spring), new lighting around the entire property, and lastly - re-installing and expanding the original front-yard water feature from the 1920's. In addition to replacing the garage roof, we also decided to expand it to 3 car - a new project that will commence shortly. We cannot say enough good things about James himself as the quarterback of the project over all, and his hard-working, talented Landscape Master crew, and the vendors he chose to partner with. This was truly a mega-complicated undertaking. Everyone involved was top-notch and James orchestrated everything and everybody (including the management of utility & building code politics) exceptionally well, in constant communication and partnership with us. He brought forward creative and innovative ideas for our consideration, and truly listened to and incorporated our input as well. The crew was here every day when the sun came up and worked till the sun went down until the project was completed, with great teamwork and pride in workmanship. Despite the significant expansion of the scope of the project during its course, and at least a week of lost work days because of rain, the portion of work that was to be completed this year finished up only 3 weeks after the original (smaller project) date. We are very happy with the end-result both esthetically and functionally. Our nickname for the project in the midst of it was "YardApocalypse'. On the day that all the equipment was moved out, we hosted a lunch (homemade soup and tenderloin sandwiches) for all the major players involved in the work to celebrate 'YardRebirth', and posed all together for a picture standing behind the lovely rock stream that is now the focal point of the front yard landscape.

"The overall experience was great. The landscape team of Sean, Katee and Martine communicated every step of the way. They were professional and reliable. We never experienced any problems from the first day of planning and during the three week project. They used top quality materials and the work was done by true craftsmen who took pride in their work. Very respectful and they kept the work site clean after each day of work.

"I sent the original request for a quote in June and had to follow up in July before I received the quote. Although I received the quote in July the actual work was not done until Sept. 11th. I was in contact via e mail with Wayne several times, trying to get a firm date for the work it was hard to understand why this took so many months. I received a call in the end of Aug stating that the work would be done on Sept. 11th, the workers showed up on that date, completed the work and cleaned up all branches.

"In a series of unrelated events, I have used 3 contractors for flood recovery in the last 18 months. I retrospect I wish I had gone with PAMM from the beginning. Dan listens well and knows his business. Dan and his crew were in and out in two and a half days. They put in a frame, subfloor, insulation, paneling and trim. This is an old piecemeal house, built on a slab, Dan made great choices and I cannot believe how good it looks. My house was protected and left clean. I plan to have more work done soon and PAMM will be doing it.

"Initial consult was thorough and very explanatory. Joshua Haase, owner of Haase did the initial consult and walked us through all aspects of his plan in a manner which a novice could understand the process. West wall needed total excavation and lawn needed regrading with with multiple window wells installed. Not only was the finished product well done, we were impressed with the team of workers. When Mr. Haase was not on site, the team continued to work efficiently and answered any questions we had. We were impressed with their professionalism and great work. The Team accomplished all that we were told they would do and their clean up process was very impressive.
