She was friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. I had two appointments with Jon - the estimate and the stain sample. He made a very good first impression. He was friendly and personable. He answered all my questions and communicated the plan to me very well. After I accepted the quote, he came back for the stain sample. He was timely and quickly sanded down an area of the floor to show me the options. He gave me his knowledgeable opinion of the best options based on my wants and needs. The crew did a fantastic job refinishing the floors and installing transitions and new baseboards. They left the place clean and didnâ t leave any garbage or scrap materials behind. After they were done, Josiah reported some minor damage to a set of blinds and a wall. Sara later asked how Wisconsin Wood Flooring could make that right. As the damage was minor, I declined any repairs but appreciated the honesty from the crew and offers to repair. When we returned to our home to see the finished product, we were incredibly happy with the result. As there was previous damage to the floors, we expected it to be imperfect, but the crew exceeded our expectations. The floors, transitions, and baseboards looked fantastic! After the work was done, Sara followed up to offer information on flooring care and to answer any questions I had. The communication and level of professionalism throughout the project was incredible. I would recommend this company to any friend or family member."

"Ken was fantastic from start to finish. I hired him to remove an old basketball hoop, pour new cement, and install a new one. The job turned out to be much tougher than expected—the old cement was nearly impossible to break up and the clay ground was hard to dig deeper for the required dept —but Ken handled it like a pro, using a jackhammer and digging through hard clay soil without complaint. Despite the extra work and materials needed, he stuck to his original price even when I asked to pay him more, which speaks volumes about his integrity.
