"We had a small leak that only happened in severe rainstorms. Instead of diagnosing this problem the salesperson wa ted to sell us their complete system. They painted a picture of a poorly constructed basement with many problems. We resisted but finally agreed this was s mistake, because the only problem found after tearing up our basement was a dead sump pump and maybe extra weep holes could have been put in the crock. The original basement drainage system was correctly installed to code. Now our perfect basement floor has permanent scars and we are still fighting the concrete dust leftover from the project. The workers also damaged our vinyl siding and stained it with some type of solvent when cleaning areas that were marred during work. They are probably solve severe basement problems, but we were definitely “oversold”. We made a regrettable error in trusting their expertise."

They had to remove all the bricks from the roof up, replaced the brick, flashing and any rotten wood underneath/around the chimney area. Really nice team that did a beautiful job. Very well priced! Will definitely be calling on them for additional services in the future. Highly recommended!"

This is not what Senior Citizens need after the stress and tragedy of losing our barn. His website is NOT at all what he states he is. We don’t want anyone to be taken as we have been. Our barn looks like it has been through a hail storm! Every piece of the steel is scratched, dented, painted over and globed up with silicone and then painted over again. Mr. Nelson -contractor posted our barn on his website without our permission. From THAT picture you can tell the aesthetics are of poor quality. (Carriage posts & 2” gaps all around the windows) Feel free to contact us to come look at our barn & his work. Havens wood, Road Roscoe. WE CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM AS A CONTRACTOR."

Although it is possible for a house to collapse from a sinking foundation, it will likely take many years, and signs of major issues will be apparent for a while. Homes on hillsides or in areas that experience frequent washouts are at a higher risk of collapse. Still, barring a natural disaster or extreme circumstances, houses are unlikely to fully collapse from foundation damage.
