They came over on a HOT holiday weekend and were not able to repair our AC right away. They left a portable air conditioner and we appreciated that so much. We had a grumpy baby that slept very well that night. We all slept better. We are a customer for life now. Can't recommend enough. Thanks guys!

No issues and everything was on time

They came out very quickly when we called and said our furnace had gone out. They rearranged their schedule so that they could install a new furnace the next day and they gave us two space heaters to use so we could stay warm until the new furnace was in. They registered the furnace for us to make sure we would have the warranty and they filled out paperwork that I could send in to get a credit from the electric company for installing an energy efficient furnace. They did a very good job and were very friendly.

Our central air unit went out early evening and it was during one of the hottest, most humid days we've had this summer. Needless to say our home was very hot within less than an hour. Most businesses are closed by the time we noticed it had gone out so I called J.C Heating and Cooling first thing in the morning. Jason returned my call withing 30 minutes of me leaving a message and was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. We spoke briefly about the issues we were having and he quickly set up a time to come by, when he did arrive he diagnosed the problem quickly and had the repairs done in a matter of minutes. He was amazing! Our home was cool and comfortable in no time at all. I will definitely continue to call J.C. Heating and cooling for all of your heating/cooling needs.
